Thanks to the system's DRM capabilities, the use of these tools can be restricted.

This demo presents just a few of the many marketing tools currently available in the NetIS platform, applied to a list of returned search results:

• Change the display - sort the result list, re-arrange column order (drag and drop) and select which columns to view.
• Print documents or result list data
• Export the result list data to Microsoft Excel
• Use the result list data to create a mail/label document using Microsoft Word

Other marketing tools include data analysis (statistical or professional analysis of the content), content visualization (graphical representation of the information), server side services (Mail and Fax services) and client side services (for content specific applications).
